We arrived at a customer's house who gave us a call because they were experiencing no cooling in their home. Turns out, a low voltage control wire had shorted inside the Rooftop unit. It's not a common issue, but we had just what was needed to fix it. We took care of the issue by replacing the faulty wire and ensuring the system is back to cooling, providing relief to our customer. Today we powered through a rooftop Heat Pump installation, providing our pro service and showing this old system the exit, while welcoming the new to the scene. The client reached out to us for a complete replacement, needing an elevated and efficient solution. Out came the Bosch High Efficiency 5 ton Package Unit. To amp up the stability, we also used the ICM493 to protect the unit from unreliable power in the area. But we didn't stop there – we also hooked up the Rectorshield Fused Disconnect with Surge Protection, making sure this system stands strong against any surges.
